Comprehensive


We are concerned about access to justice and open to discussion about billing arrangements that meet your needs. In some cases, we may offer sliding scale rates or limited representation consulting services.

We accept funding from Legal Aid BC. Please contact Legal Aid to apply, and then reach out to us when you are approved for funding to see if we are available to assist.

Compassionate

Nico is a family lawyer from Victoria, BC. She grew up in Toronto, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Toronto. She then obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2024 and has worked in family law since. During law school, Nico received an award for her leadership of the Pro Bono Students Canada Trans ID Clinic, where she continues to volunteer as a lawyer supervisor.

Nico is passionate about providing excellent service to her clients and helping them navigate complex legal systems to resolve their family matters.

In her free time, Nico enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing video games, and trying new recipes.
